Carousel Taffy was established in 1990 by longtime business owner and lifetime Morro Bay resident, David Ross. It was a childhood dream of his to own a candy store. He always wanted to make life sweet for people. Now his legacy lives on as people from all over the world does at the store and find their favorite flavors, have fun, and returned for more every family vacation. David’s favorite question for returning visitors was always, “what’s your favorite flavor?“. He got such a feeling of joy to know what people like and to see their face light up and smile when they shared all of their favorite flavors! Very few people have only one favorite. STORE PICKUP
845 Embarcadero, Suite A, Morro Bay, CA 93442 Orders can be picked up weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. or weekends 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using USPS Priority Shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carouseltaffy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
